What a crazy job....Got it back together but didn't note where the motor ground wire was connected -- anyone know? I suspect it's way back behind somewhere and it's already back together. Can I snip off the connector and put one of those end caps on with a metal loop and just screw it into through the metal frame into the "sub-floor"?
This is how I grounded the last furnace wire that I couldn't get back into it's slot (way back and behind the blower). It's a metal loop end for the wire screwed into the metal sheeting/box that the furnace sits in. Goes through to the wood platform it's sitting on. I'd sure like to know where it's supposed to go though... ?
