I don't know, but I'm sure they would exchange it if new. I actually had to wait about a week longer for my PST as they were currently out of stock. Note that the PST is only 300 watt, not 350 watt, and then jumps up to something like 600 watts. 300 watts which was fine for my use which is TVs, DVD, etc, no heavy use.
