I emailed Cherie in customer service and she got right back to me. She's pretty quick. Her contact link in on their website.
The only beef I have with them is the website allowed me to order the inverter when it was not in stock. I waited a few days and did not receive any tracking so I contacted them and learned they were out of stock for about 10 days. That worked for me as I pre-wired everything in advance and got the inverter a couple days before I was leaving for a trip and just connected everything up. She stayed in contact and let me know exactly when it would ship.
