I emailed Cherie in customer service and she got right back to me. She's pretty quick. Her contact link in on their website.
The only beef I have with them is the website allowed me to order the inverter when it was not in stock.
Same for me, except, as I said, Randy said they don't stock that item, and he wasn't sure how I found it. Another kinda weird thing, their Samlex PS inverters are shown under the heading Converters.
