did you ever get in touch with anyone at Bestconverter to see if they will make things right for you? They claim "lifetime support".
I would say talk to Randy at Best Converter. He has always work with me on any problem I had. But since you cut the wire to the fan, not sure what he could do. I did question him about the fan running all the time on the SSW350, he confirmed it with Simlex. I know that is also what you guys have reported. I am going to stick with the Simlex PST units. Gary
