One of the pictures has a good rear view that you can see the pins. I did some searching off the listed part numbers but wound up at a GM dealer website where it looks like you really need a VIN number to get the correct part.
You might try taking your chassis VIN to a Chevrolet dealer or a GM heavy truck dealer and see if they can order the part. I think based on my searches that it will be about $30 each side for a replacement harness.
