I wouldn't think you ruptured the tank just from water draining out of the sink. In order to rupture the tank you really need pressurized water like from a hose to a flush attachment. But the tank may have started dropping off the poorly designed mounts that hold it up. I would be taking a look under the trailer and make sure that the tank is still secured.
