Turned out that when I filled the bottle and put it back on I somehow managed to trigger the built in shutoff in the manner I hooked it up and turned the valve on. There was flow but not much.
My solution was to disconnect the tank, hook it back up and slowly open the valve.

Tried this and it worked. I thought lighting a burner would do essentially the same thing but I was wrong. It still doesn't seem to be as hot as usual. I think I'll take a compressor out and blow it out and see if it has some dust built up inside.

Cool! Once in a while it's nice to find a simple fix.
I always do the lighting a burner thing too and one would think all is well but sometimes not.
