"Go right out" to where? The interior A/C ducting is a closed loop system. Interior air is drawn in the return grill and passed over the cold coils to extract some of the heat from it before it's returned back to the interior. Outside air never enters the system, and interior air never exits to the outside. That said, there could be some minor cooling effect since the A/C duct areas are less insulated than the rest of the ceiling.
