If your coach went from "batteries fine" to "nothing on 12 VDC works", you could also have a bad connection, fuse or even the salesman switch turned off. So, start there.
What converter, charger or inverter charger do you have? Have you verified that the breaker to it (main breaker panel) is ON-- turn it off and back on.
Some inverter/chargers have breakers on the unit itself. Check that.
You can use another source to charge in the mean time. Even your toad and jumper cables or a separate 120 VAC charger.
