Help connecting Coleman RT Grill to 10 lb propane tank

Well, that LOOKS like the exact same hose I use, only mine is a Marshall brass.

NOW,, I have worked on a Mr, Buddy heater that did not work off a luggable tank.. Turns out it's the hose's "Quick Disconnect" the valve pin inside it is not long enough so you need to screw it into the regulator very very very tight. I had to use tools to get it tight enough, then it worked.
