From my outlet to my rv shore cord? I already have the 30/50 adaptor.
As you are only using ONE extension cord (the other 60ft is hardwired from the box to the outlet and is 8/2 wire, I would use the 50amp extension cord rather than the 30 amp extension cord. It will give you heavier wire for the entire run and you won't have the "adaptor" and two connections right in the middle of your cord run. You'd have one connection in the middle of the run, and the adapter and one connection at the end of the run.
