Help me build a 30 to 50 amp extension cord...

Just installed a 30 amp rv outlet at my house, the outlet is 60ft from my panel and is powered by 8/2 wire. I couldn't run a 50 amp didn't have the space. My plan was to buy a 50ft 30 amp cord and ...

I screwed around with extention cords using the adapters for years due to the sporting events I attend and how FAR away the shore station is from where everyone parks. And I'm talking 'several' rows away from the shore station.

I finally just broke down and bought several 25 and 50 foot "RV" extension cords. They really are not that expensive and you don't have to screw around with cheap household extension cords and adapters.

Either way none of us ever experienced drops in voltage vs distance.
