Help me: External marine tank on Champion 2000 watt gen.

I'm wanting to use a marine tank I have as an aux tank. Does the gen create enough vacuum to suck the fuel out of the marine tank sense marine tanks pull fuel from the bottom. I've read the tank h...

all I can tell you is I tried it on a Honda and many have said it works but I never could get the gas to flow, yes I know this is for your gen and not my gen but I wish I knew the secret to get the gas to flow. I finally broke down and put a priming bulb in and just gave it a pump or two to keep the gen filled up so it would keep running.
