First welcome to the forum, there is plenty of good info here on solar, start reading up.
Two things right away though to save you some time, don't think about running the AC on solar/batteries. Your proposed setup isn't even one third the way to getting it done, AND the complexity needed to doing it right is way above your skill level, for now anyway.
Second you don't turn the main breaker off on the charger/inverter, all that's necessary is turning breaker off on the charging side of the unit.
