To run the A/C 24/7 you would need something like 2400 watts of panels. That's panels 8 ft wide by 21 feet long at typical efficiency. Don't forget you would be taking power out continuously but putting it back for less than half that. The batteries would need to be some fairly high quality AGMs or even lithium and more of them than you could carry without a tow-behind trailer just for them.
Even trying to run a typical A/C for just a couple of hours is a daunting task for solar.
It you can get enough sunlight and plan a system that fits your needs you can run everything except A/C by solar alone.
