Why would you lease when you can purchase it from Imarine for $1300 (remote is extra, and needed for full functionality)?
I own that unit and sometimes there is an issue with gfci outlets.
Look at Victron and Outback both of whom make hybrid inverter/chargers.
Yes the parallax would become a back up
The difference between the 45 amp and the 60 amp charge controller is that the 45 has two modules and the 60 has three. That allows the 60 to run a little more efficiently when light levels are low.
The difference in price is minimal and the 60 allows for expansion of your solar farm.
If you wish to nearly eliminate generator use, (except for air conditioner) I'd go with a 600 watt system.
