Help me purchase a solar system for my class c.

So let me preface by saying im knowledgeable enough to be dangerous. heres my plans and what I understand I need. Id like to put enough panels on rv to avoid having to use generator as much as possi...

I installed solar last year and did the following.
4 x 6v 225AH batteries
4 x 100w Renogy Solar panels
1 x 40amp MPPT Renogy Solar Charge Controller w/ remote
1 x 3000w GoPower! Pure Sine Inverter

As has been beaten to death, no A/C. For some entertainment on running A/C on solar do a YouTube search for "Gone with the Wynns A/C on Solar". They are a bit cheesy but it's informative.
