HELP!! No AC, heat stuck on full- 2000 Lance 1030

Thank you. The previous owner mentioned a problem with a relay, and provided one with the camper back when I bought it. Is the relay located under the cover on the roof?

Also, if I shut off all the breakers, and the battery switch, is that sufficient to work on this stuff?
