HELP!! No AC, heat stuck on full- 2000 Lance 1030

What I am not sure about is how to gain access to this board. I accessed the wiring from inside, but I cannot see the board. It looks like there is a whole lot of sheet metal, etc. to move.

This is what my unit looks like with the top removed. Is the board beneath the sheet metal towards the front?
