W/ 2 batteries, you have nothing to gain w/ a larger converter.
If you had 4 or more batteries, and they were all 1/2 dead, then you would have a little bit to gain.
And if you're ever thinking about a little 1000 watt generator for battery charging, get the PD9245. You will only notice the less amps in the first 10 minutes of charging, and you will gain much more value in the ability to use a small generator.
I myself, would not want bigger than the 9245 even if it was free.
And if you even think you mite do much dry camping on generator, make sure you get the "pendant" w/ the new PD converter.
