Hard core rationalization...you do not boondock. So even a forty ampere converter will work fine. If you had a big battery bank and wanted to sell your rig, a large converter may increase the appeal of your rig. That's too many almost maybe's for my taste.
A reliable, modestly powered converter would make the most sense in your scenario IMHO
