Help with Closet Door adjustment

Hi All, we have a new 2015 Keystone Montana 3100RL. I know we could take this to the dealer, but we like to learn how to fix things ourselves. One of our closet doors is not level and therefore does not slide properly. We have looked for an adjustment screw on the bottom slider. There is one that looks like a screw but it doesn't seem to move. I've attached a link to some pics of the upper slider and multiple views of the bottom slider.

If anyone could give me insight, we would really appreciate it. Thanks again..

  • i have the same bottom system, it seems to me that you really don't adjust from the bottom, rather the top....sorry.

you may have to do something about the carpet.

p.s. and you have the better hanging system, the previous version sucked.
  • We tried to adjust the top screws, but we think part of the problem is the carpet. So the bottom mechanism has to be adjusted up. This is where we cannot find any way to adjust it.
  • Loosen the upper right screw and the screw in the slot. Remove the bottom screw. Rotate the bracket until the door is level and tighten the slotted screw and upper right screw. You may not have to deal with the bottom screw unless the screw in the slot loosens.
You may have to adjust BOTH the brackets.
  • The roller mechanism bracket pictured has a curved slot and two straight through holes. It's possible to remove the two screws in the straight though holes, loosen the screw in the curved slot, and adjust the door to hang plumb. When you have the door hung straight and plumb, you will have to establish two new holes in the door for the two screws that go in the bracket straight through holes.
