Help with custom Morningstar Tristar PWM setup

Hello. Can I get some help setting up my Morningstar Tristar 45 PWM controller with custom setpoints? I have been using it at the stock 14.6V absorption voltage profile with temperature compensation...

The simplest is to just disconnect the temp sensor when it's cold.

Another possibility is to desensitize the temp sensor. In other words to reduce the -5mV/C compensation. That would take some analysis.
