Help with custom Morningstar Tristar PWM setup

Hello. Can I get some help setting up my Morningstar Tristar 45 PWM controller with custom setpoints? I have been using it at the stock 14.6V absorption voltage profile with temperature compensation...

Another question from me...

Do the newer inverter designs "track" like the ones I am used to (George HW Bush era)?

11.9 volts in perhaps 110 volts out

15.0 volts in perhaps 140+ volts out
