Help with custom Morningstar Tristar PWM setup

Hello. Can I get some help setting up my Morningstar Tristar 45 PWM controller with custom setpoints? I have been using it at the stock 14.6V absorption voltage profile with temperature compensation...

I just don't get it. My controller does 14.6 high,is temp comp, and the inverters are 15v high shut off. I use a laptop charger when running the laptop. No problem.

As I said something is not right
