Help with custom Morningstar Tristar PWM setup

Something is just different. Different battery bank size, different real converter cutoff point, different mount of solar pumping in. BFL what inverter do you run? sounds like this one may be a bit less expensive. certainly it is not doing the 15.0v cutoff advertised. Something. Yours would do it too if the inverter cut out were close enough to the battery charging peak voltage.
