Help with custom Morningstar Tristar PWM setup

Hello. Can I get some help setting up my Morningstar Tristar 45 PWM controller with custom setpoints? I have been using it at the stock 14.6V absorption voltage profile with temperature compensation...

Would installing a voltage regulator in front of the inverter be a solution? I know you'd need one that handles a large amperage but limiting the solar charging just seems like a backwards solution.
