Help with custom Morningstar Tristar PWM setup

Hello. Can I get some help setting up my Morningstar Tristar 45 PWM controller with custom setpoints? I have been using it at the stock 14.6V absorption voltage profile with temperature compensation...

There are options. Instead of taking blind stabs at the problem, run some tests to find out what's actually going on.

Perhaps the charge controller is defective, or batteries shot, or inverter? Fix the root cause and OP can run voltage up to 14.7V.
