Help with custom Morningstar Tristar PWM setup

I Shouldn't have called it storage, I mean parked in the driveway not camping. I do try to use the inverter while parked at home for light duty power needs like recharging other small batteries.
I have voltage sense wires installed, the difference between the sense wires and at the CC is about 0.01V.
