You need the MODEL number. The Serial Number. The PNC and SKU number from the Info plate on the refer to get the exact part that fits your refer. Here is a link to the generic install and partial breakdown of your refer. The only "wires" I can think of that would be a replaceable part are the Spark electrode wire which lights the LP and the Temp Thermister which senses the cold in the box and is connected to the evap fins and connects to the rear control module. Now, ZERO help from local place? You got ZERO help from that so called mobile tech and you paid him. Well, If you gave them the same info you have given on this post, then YES, you will get ZERO help. What is the problem with the Dometic refer? LP and 120 operation inop? Or just LP inop? No cooling and no error codes on the inside controls? Doug
