If it is just a wire there are 3 kinds (A few more types)
One is the wire to the Spark rod/flame sensor. The Rod is called a thermocouple
ANOTHER HAS A "Bulge" in it... this is a "Thermal Fuse" designed to melt if it gets too hot and shut it down They come in assorted temps
You can order one via Camping World if its a DOMETIC
There is also a Thermsistor inside the Fridge on the end of a wire.
The rest of the wires. Save for the heat element which is "Technically" a wire. are just wires. assorted sizes and colors but just wires
