Try it again ater you level the camper and let it sit for at least a few hours. If you don't notice any cooling on the back wall of the freezer after about 90 minutes, I would turn it back off until you "burp" it. During the time it was on, it could develop a gas bubble which would prevent proper draining. This is done by removing the unit, turning it upside down for 24 hours, turning it back side up right and waiting another 24 hours before turning it back on. You can reinstall during this upright wait period or leave it on the dinette table and run on 110.
An alternative to burping, is take it for a couple hour drive on backroads where the movement and rocking motion may resolve the issue but not as guarenteed.
In regards to it not working on 110V or LP, since the unit has a control board, it requires 12V to operate in both of these mods. So make sure your battery is charged/connected and you have 12V power to the control board.
