Well the suspect list:
The control board (Dino boards can fail not often but they can fail)
The flame sensor
The burner orifice (not letting enough gas pass
The Burner air/fuel adjustment door (not burning hot enough due to bad mix)
The Propane supply (Out of gas, bad regulator, pinched line).
No particular order to this list (Though it appears I worked backward from the control board)
