Help with Thetford Tecma macerator toilet problem

Brought the 2016 Winnebago Journey home to get ready to leave in two weeks. Thetford Tecma is dead. Not responsive to pressing buttons on wall. No lights, sounds, etc. I did a reset on the 12V system ...

Updated information. I did a 12V reset and got a red light (tank full). Did another reset and got a green light, but still wouldn't fill or flush. Did a third reset and got a red light. Really starting to think it is the controller.
