Hengs Vortex II fan poorly balanced

Just installed one of these. Everything went well and fit correctly. Was pretty happy with it til I put it on high. Fan rattles and vibrates badly. The unit seems ok but the actual plastic molded fan blade is an un-round, out of balance POS. Kind of ruins an otherwise OK unit. Anyone else experience the same or do I have a one off defective blade?

    X2 mine runs great, blade appears well balanced and the bearings are impressive as the fan spins a long time after turning off.
