OK, but what does that have to do with Hercules?
Hercules is a US company that started in Ohio in the 1950's, it's world HQ is still in Findlay OH.
Sure they make some tires overseas, but I challenge you to find a company that doesn't. - JIMNLINExplorer IIIHercules tires has been around this area anywayz mostly small town dealers/feed stores/grain elevator farm and ranch country. I ran some of their 15" and 16" and 16.5" off road MT type tires on my 4wd trucks getting into job sites. No issues.
I see on other RV forums and haulers forums and agriculture forums the 16" load G Hercules H-901 has became popular with heavy trailer owners.
The H-901 is a commercial grade all steel ply carcass and come as a LT or ST. Their best suited for trailers with 7k-8k axles. - MEXICOWANDERERExplorerYES. They ride like a buckboard, get hotter n snot at freeway speeds especially when you back off the pressure to ease the ride. You can not use these tires with common wheels they will split the wheel flange. I finally gave up and used 14.5" mobile home tires and wheels. Your experience may vary.
- PhilipBExplorerWe replaced our Hercules last fall. The were 235 80R16's. Previous owner had purchased these after stock tires had failed. He had one of the Hercules blow out on him just before we purchased. We had one blow out last fall. That said, they had 5 years on them. So I'm not really giving them a bad review.
We went with the heavier commercial grade 16 plys. Marginally more money, but you also need 110 psi rated rims. These seem to run much cooler. - twodownzeroExplorer

I don't care where someone claims a corporations is "from." Where a company is headquartered tells you nothing about its products. Companies choose their headquarters based on tax treatment. Many good companies choose not to be headquartered in the United States.
Hercules trailer tires are made in China. Chinese tires are trash. Like I said, look at the Goodyear Endurance. I believe they are the only trailer tires not made in China. There may be a Korean tire or two on the market somewhere.
There are good LT tires made in the US and Canada as well. Just say no to Chinese trailer tires. If an RV tire blows up, you're going to be replacing more than just the tire. If it was a metal car trailer, cheap tires are fine as long as you have a spare. On an RV, no Chinese tires regardless of reviews or what people say--the worst thing about Chinese products is quality control. - bguyExplorerI have Hercules tires on my truck. Get more in a heartbeat.
- parcanyExplorerHad Hercules tires on the last Jayco we had. They were on there for 4 years and did not have any problems. Tire wear was great for all 4 tires. I would buy them again.

B.O. - parcanyExplorerJust checked Hercules tires are a brand name made by the Cooper tire company out of Ohio.
