High Vdc error on fridge. 19 Volts dc to the power board.

IF you are plugged into AC power (shore/generator) then DC Voltage is coming from converter thru fused dist. panel (fridge gets 'filtered' DC from converter output)

DC Voltage is supplied by battery when NOT on AC shore power.

Your Converter has failed and supplying high DC voltage
