High Vdc error on fridge. 19 Volts dc to the power board.

The converter and the battery are wired in parallel. When plugged in, the converter puts outs out a higher voltage than the battery so the voltage comes from the converter. The battery is just another load on the converter. How much of a load depends on the battery state of charge.
