High Vdc error on fridge. 19 Volts dc to the power board.

If he has 19 volts at the refer, then he should have 19 volts everywhere else, even at the battery. UNLESS, someone has wired a solar charger direct to the refer, because 19 volts is about what an unregulated(not connected to a 12 volt battery) solar charger will put out. Doug
