Holding Black Water or Flowing Through
When on a full service site, is it best to leave the black water tank open and free-flowing or is it better to treat and hold the black water with occasional dumps?

I usually treat the black water tank and occasionally dump it followed by dumping the grey water tank/s to "clean" the sewer hose a little.
If you keep the black water tank "open" to the dump you might get the smell coming all the way up...
