How did you come up with the notion one would believe someone could be electrocuted from using a rechargeable drill?
A previous poster suggested electrocution from a drilll as a concern. Read the whole thread
I don’t need to look for the post because I’m the one who wrote it. I was prodding you to recognize the potential electrocution hazard some drills pose when used as described by the OP.
