- BarabooBobExplorer IIIThe $349 generators are last years model. The only difference that I can see is that the old ones are mostly black with yellow trim and the new ones are yellow with black trim. This is the link to the cheaper generator.

At this time, the $349 is still available. - mradExplorer IIOP here. I went to look at it today it came up as $599.
When I talked to their online rep on Sunday and asked how long the sale would last, they replied that $349 is showing up as the regular price. Guess I waited to long. - BarabooBobExplorer IIII just ordered one of the Champion 2000 watt inverter generators, with free shipping to my house for $349 plus tax. Total price in WI was $368. It is expected to be at my house on January 17.
I have a construction site generator also but I don't want to haul an 8200 watt get set on vacation with me. The big one comes in handy if we have a power outage because I can hook up to my generator and run the essentials of my house. The little one will top off my battery while parked at our isolated tree farm. - Boon_DockerExplorer III

Yup...great choice for boon docking, you get two 2Ks plus parallel kit, and still money left over, comparing to cost of one, if looking at other brands. IMO, the big three contenders are all great products...choice depends on the depth of your pockets.

And the level of service is extraordinary.
I messed up and caused one of my 5 year old Champions to quit running. I send an email to tech support asking for suggestions on what to do (told them it was 5 years old). They replied 24 hours later and said that a new part (that they figure was the problem) was its the way to me, free of charge. Didn't even have to gave them my mailing address. They looked it up from when I registered the genny five years previous.
Now that is awesome service. - markandkimExplorer III love my Champions. I have the dual fuel 3500w unit. Ultra quiet.

Jerry - Boon_DockerExplorer IIII'm happy with mine too.
- GulfcoastExplorerIf you're happy with your $1000 honda, then i'm happy with my $399 champion.
- D_E_BishopExplorerCome on Guys, the only and I mean only generator worth its weight is a Honda. Nobody else in the world makes a good generator. I know, I read it on the internet.
- WalabyExplorer II$349 in my area. I can add to cart and have them ship it to me, and it still is $349 in the cart.
