Home Depot has champion 2000 for $349

Yep...definitely area-dependant on price.
When I used my local zip code it was $599
When I changed it to Chicago area it was $349.

Link shows $349 on my tablet. I'm in So Cal

Supergen did have a extended run kit with fuel pump for champion generators
Each generator needs its own kit installed
You furnish the gas tank
Comes with pump, and everything needed to install it

Sorry don't have the link, I suggest call them to see if compatible with this model generator

Here is a pic of the 6 gal extended fuel tank for the Champ 100565. It is a gravity feed, so likely no fuel pump is needed.

But can an extended run kit be added to the Champions? An extended run tank can be added to the Honda, but the Honda has a fuel pump. Do the Champion's have a fuel pump, or are they just gravity fed?

It's easy to do with Hondas. Can it be done with Champions?

They can be run/paralleled side by side, if you wanted to use an extended run tank. You may be able to add fuel to the bottom tank, with the supplied funnel, if you did not want to lift it off.

If you are refueling in the dark, this Champ has a built in LED light, that shines right in the gas tank. Nice little feature IMO!

When I click on the link, I see $349, but it thinks I am in Jacksonville, FL. When I put my zip code in, my local HD does not have one in stock. I was able to select ship to store, but when I did that, the price went up to $599.

My guess is they are selling out their current in store stock. So if your local HD doesn't have one, that might be why you don't see the $349 price.

I think the price is location dependant

If none in stock in your are aka sold out, it shows $599

Still $399 in my store, but their stock is getting low.

Those that are seeing the $349 price...are you checking the date of offer? The low price may be from earlier date of sale price?

Did you check link from your smart phone? I checked it from my Iphone and it came up at $599 also, but $349 on my laptop. Not sure why

$349 from an iPad here.
