scootsk, the filter/tubing loop has helped. I do not recall having to clean my carburetor since I made the modification. Could be I am simply paying more attention handling my fuel. But, how do you avoid the ethanol and the syrup it it brings with it? Can't easily be avoided in California. I do think the added fuel filter stops smaller particles than the OEM filter.
