I regularly parallel three EU2000i's for extended periods of time and run multiple AC's. I have never had any issues whatsoever. Note that I do not have that kit you provided the link to... mine is home-brewed. This configuration provides single phase 115Vac, ~40A continuous and ~52A max.
As others have said, this is NOT the same as what you would get from a 50A RV outlet which is 220 single phase plus a neutral (& ground) which gives you two legs 110V/50A legs. The triple parallel kit from Wise cannot provide 220V across the two "hot" legs since they are in phase with one another (ie. same leg).
