Clean it- the Carrier slings the condensation against the outside condenser coil. This make the coil get really dirty, and clog. You have to get to the inside of the coil- not hard, but some disassembley is required.
With a dirt coil, it cannot get rid of the heat. The pressure builds up, tripping the breaker.
