True story: My RV came with two Carrier Air V's same as you have.. one of 'em (The one that remains. the other had to be replaced,, manufacturing defect).
One of them woudl start and run for a period, then the 20 amp breaker tripped..... Well, I investigated and load was hitting 21 amps before CLICK.
Went top side, pulled the covers,, Cleaned the condenser coils and all has been good ever since. It is running as I type.
ALso what else is running? My converter can suck 10 amps (1200 watts) fairly easily.. add that to the 13.5 the Air V needs and you have 23.5 amps
23 amps times 1200 volts is 2900 watts..More than your EU-3000i can sustain
(it is 3000 peak and I think 70% continuous (2100 watts) but might b 2700).
The solution (IF that is the problem) is to let the batteries charge.
But I would start with cleaning.
You mean NOT let the batteries charge right?
