Honda eu3000 overload running carrier air v for 5 minutes

This dialog has been really helpful. I think I'm beginning to understand how to deal with this problem. I didn't know how to calculate amps x volts=watts.

But to ask another very basic question: what exactly does 2800 running, 3000 peak mean?
