Without a measurement of the air conditioner draw and/or actual load on the generator, you're just shootin' in the dark.
Rather than play the guessing game, suggest purchasing an inexpensive clamp-on ammeter to verify how much current is flowing through the power cord between the generator and TT. This will quickly tell you whether your problem lies with the EU3000iS or your TT.
If you read more than 23 amps (2800 watts/120 volts) the EU3000iS is being overloaded by your TT. You've probably got more than the a/c drawing current in your TT (converter could still be on). 99% of properly operating 13.5k/15k RV a/c units draw 15 amps or less when running.
If you read less than 23 amps and the EU3000iS shuts down, then you may have a problem with the generator. It should produce at least 23 amps before overloading.
This one simple check won't solve your problem, but it's the first big step to get you pointed in the right direction.
